Activity log

See who is using the pipeline, and what changed.

Owners and admins can open Activity. It has two parts.

Who is using it

A table of every person: role, last seen, and number of checks in the last 30 days. It shows who is active and who has never used it.

Recent activity

The latest 100 events: checks, people added or removed, role changes, key created or revoked, house style changed, claims decided.

Make it useful

• Send user with every API request so checks show a name, not just "api key".
• Review it monthly. Remove people who have left.
• Check key events after any staff change.
