claims_checked | How many claims were found and checked. |
claims_awaiting_editor | How many are held for your editor. |
needs_editor | true if any claim is held. |
formatter_warnings | If not empty, read it. See below. |
api.used / api.limit | Your use this month and your allowance. |
Each claim
| Field | Meaning |
|---|---|
status | checked (has a verdict) or not_yet_confirmed (held, no verdict). |
verdict | One of the nine verdicts. Empty for a held claim. |
confidence, confidence_score | How sure it is: low, medium or high, and a score from 0 to 100. |
summary | What the evidence showed, in plain words. |
what_would_be_accurate | A corrected statement, when the claim was wrong. |
sources | Links, publisher and stance (supports, disputes, neutral). |
text | The finished write-up, in your house style and language. |
disclosure | The AI disclosure line. Publish it with the write-up. |
review_state | ai_approved, pending_human (held) or system_failure. |
fact_check_id | A stable ID for the check. Quote it when asking for support. |
Always read formatter_warningsIf
formatter_warnings says the formatter did not run, text and disclosure will be empty. The verdict is still valid, but do not publish a write-up that is missing its disclosure. Send the check again.Rules for publishing
